Exact Structures were instructed to produce a complete structural package including calculations and drawings with main connection details for Building Regulation approval and construction purposes in respect of the new build and alterations to the existing building and to encompass, foundations, walls, floors, roof structure, new beams and lintels.
Provide a watching brief for the excavation works to the rear of the building and to advise / specify bank and wall stabilisation
Provide a design, specification and calculations for the Piling / Retaining works to the rear of the new build and existing cottage as indicated, and a design for the steps to the garage.
Provide design and calculations for any retaining that may be deemed required to the rear of the new build element and any underpinning to the existing as informed by the excavation / watching brief.
