Exact Structures were instructed to provide design and detailing of foundations, slab and pads for 9No. Plots along with design and details for proposed retaining walls behind the houses including mass block and gabions .
To provide information on the new road build-up and to design the freestanding carports.
The proposed scope of work required a visit to inspect ground conditions and advise on slope stabilisation behind the houses.
